FPSC Postpones Islamabad Interviews Till July 31

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has officially postponed several interviews scheduled at its Islamabad centre from July 27 to July 31, 2026.

Why the Interviews Were Postponed

According to an official public notice issued on July 24, the interviews under Interview Program No. 86/2026 have been delayed due to administrative reasons.

The postponed schedule covers interviews for several positions, including:

  • Senior Elementary Teacher
  • Works Manager
  • Lecturer
  • Senior Instructor
  • Sub-Divisional Forest Officer
  • System Analyst
  • Senior Teacher

Affected Departments

The vacancies are linked to the following departments:

  • Federal Directorate of Education
  • Pakistan Mint
  • Federal Government Educational Institutions
  • Directorate General of Special Education
  • Gilgit-Baltistan Forest Department
  • National Library of Pakistan

Interviews at Other Centres

FPSC has clarified that interviews at all other centres will continue as scheduled. Only the Islamabad centre is affected by this postponement.
